For employers (clients):

  • All hiring and placement services are subject to agreed commercial terms, payment schedules, and replacement policies.

  • Once a candidate has been hired, our consultancy fee becomes payable as per the agreement.

5. Digital Marketing Terms

  • All marketing deliverables, strategies, and campaigns are executed as per agreed scope of work.

  • Results such as lead generation, website traffic, or sales conversions may vary depending on several external factors (e.g., platform algorithms, ad spend, and competition).

  • Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, designs, and digital materials — is owned or licensed by Lisa HR Consultancy.

7. Payments & Invoices
